Vans Skate Sid VCU Shoes Sci Fi Fantasy in Black. Designed in collaboration with skate brand Sci-Fi Fantasy, this Vans Skate Sid VCU is styled with cracked snakeskin inspired leather uppers. Part of Vans’ Skate Classics collection with revised DURACAP™ reinforcements, a new two-part foxing and a moulded heel counter, this black and orange Skate Sid also features a classic rubber Waffle outsole and SickStick™ rubber compound throughout. Finished with embroidered Vans midfoot logos, co-designed ‘Vans x Sci-Fi’ scripture tongue labels, custom printed insoles and with Vans’ all-new checkerboard flag labels sewn across each heel.
Founded in 2017 and following on from their 2020 collaboration with Vans, Sci-Fi Fantasy is a highly creative skate brand led by photographer and skater Jerry Hsu. Inspired by ‘90s nostalgia, subtle corporate references and by a passion for digital artistry, Sci-Fi Fantasy is an explorative brand with an unfiltered graphic design aesthetic to match.
